...on, the support team provided confusing and irrelevant instructions, making it seem as though they did not understand what they were talking about. To make matters worse, by the end of the conversation, they were asking me for my StackCP password, which raises serious security concerns.
I expect your support team to have a clear understanding of the services they provide and to offer accurate, relevant guidance. I also believe this conversation should be reviewed by the appropriate team to address both the poor support experience and the concern regarding the request for my password.
