Upon our notifying them of this, they would provide no explanation. They would not acknowledge their error. We were paying more than a current Business Plan member was, yet there were only providing us with a starter plan that was the lowest plan they offered. Essentially, the company reduced our service plan while still taking the money for the better plan. The company lacks integrity to say the least.
